Ionosep

Ionosep is device-analyzer, which is used for capillary isotachphoresis (CITP) or capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE). The device is designed for separations and analyses of ionic compounds (organic acids and bases, inorganic cations and anions, aminoacids, etc.). The device is fully automated isotachophoregraph controlled by the computer. The Ionosep is equipped with autosampler (10 positions) Analyzer unit is connected to PC through cabel COM1, COM2 or USB. The supplied software packageenables monitoring of analysis, evaluating of analysis, printing of protocols and exporting data. Software runs under WINDOWS 98/2000/NT/XP.

Czech company RECMAN has been making the production of isotachophoretic analysers since 1986 with the trademarks: AGROFOR (1986 – 1991), IONOSEP 900.1 (1991 – 1996).In 1996 we began to co-operate with Charles’ University in Prague and several other companies and we developed a quite new apparatus with autosampler. This considerable innovation was usage of a high-frequency contactless conductivity detector, which was constructed at the Faculty of Natural Science, Charles’ University in Prague, and was protected by several Czechoslovak patents.
